About Tina’s creative practice

I use a range of natural materials – from flowers, leaves and gum nuts, to crystals – and adhere them to different types of surfaces.

I collect and dry some of the plant material I use, while also buying from local florists and flower farms.

Working with the endless possibilities that natural materials offer helps me grow as an artist. I no longer see a leaf simply as a leaf – it can be used in so many ways, even as a curve for a body. 

I have always been drawn to nature. Creating with materials from the natural world, I feel the energy of nature as I work. And it seems the energy of each artwork is profoundly different, drawing their buyer to them.

I’m excited to be part of this amazing artist trail and for you to experience my art in real life.
