Colour, shape and stitch are my inspiration. I am driven by colour, especially all shades of orange. My mathematical background reflects my penchant for patterns and I love the texture produced by free style machine embroidery.

Exhibitions motivate me by giving me a time frame. I have won several major exhibitions including One Step Further, Quilt Showcase, Expressions: The Wool Quilt Prize and Golden Textures. Also I have been juried into many major exhibitions and my work has travelled overseas.

Collections I am represented in include ‘KlimtPrint’ at the National Wool Museum in Geelong, and ‘Australian Print’ at Central Gold Fields Gallery in Maryborough.
